Controller

The controller of your personal data is VETREN Chemical Management Solutions d.o.o. Pančevo, Moše Pijade 74/9, 26101 Pančevo, Serbia, reg. no. (MB) 22126717, tax ID (PIB) 115201486 ("VETREN").

This policy follows the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette of RS, No. 87/2018).

What we collect

  • Contact form: your full name, email address and the text of your message.
  • Newsletter: your email address.
  • To protect the forms from abuse, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is sending the form; in doing so Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details.
  • To measure visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not track you across other sites; it records only aggregate visit data such as the page, country and device type.

Purpose and legal basis

  • Contact form: to answer your enquiry and arrange a consultation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.
  • Newsletter: sending news and blog posts. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by signing up and confirm with the link in the email. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
  • Abuse protection: our legitimate interest in keeping the forms from being misused.

How long we keep data

  • Contact form messages: for as long as the conversation lasts and at most two years after the last contact, unless it leads to a contract.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Processors

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. We use these processors:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting, forwarding contact form messages by email, Turnstile protection, cookieless visit analytics).
  • MailerLite (UAB "MailerLite", Lithuania) for managing the newsletter list and sending the newsletter.
  • These processors may process data outside Serbia, with the safeguards the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing, as well as to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).
